validateColumnValue

Verifies whether or not a value is the correct data type.

Location: webrep.p

Parameters:

INPUT pcColumn AS CHARACTER

The column’s name in the data-source.

INPUT pcValue AS CHARACTER

Value to validate.

Returns: LOGICAL

Notes: Returns TRUE if Column Value is valid, FALSE if it is not.
